Our Curriculum

Our skilled Montessori educators curate a curriculum that hones language and math skills, laying a strong foundation for each child’s educational journey.

Through personalised learning, vertical integration and extended work cycles, we distinguish ourselves from other preschools. Our tailored school days encompass Montessori activities, Mandarin, creative sessions and outdoor play, ensuring a well-rounded and enriching educational experience.

A Learning Journey
Tailored to Your Child's Age

Our bespoke curriculum evolves with your child’s age and stage of development. Each subject is thoughtfully introduced to support holistic growth and build readiness for lifelong learning. Consistently applied across all House on the Hill centres, our curriculum ensures every child receives the same high-quality learning experience, wherever they are.

Practical Life
Our Practical Life exercises centre on self-care and essential daily activities. Through these tasks, children develop lifelong skills, building both independence and self-esteem.
Sensorial
Our manipulatives and materials offer a variety of activities designed to engage and challenge children. From identifying shapes to developing tactile recognition, each exercise is centred on refining their senses.
Language
Language learning begins with a strong foundation in English, taught through our hands-on Montessori phonics approach. We also offer Mandarin and Japanese lessons, using immersive experiences such as storytelling, games and cultural activities to build vocabulary, develop word pattern recognition, and foster confident reading skills.
Mathematics
Our Montessori mathematics materials help children grasp key concepts such as numeration, place value, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. We develop each child’s mathematical mind by including hands-on activities that foster positive associations with numbers.
Culture & Geography
Children will learn about the world they live in and its diverse cultures through subjects such as science, zoology, geography, history and art.
Creative Expression
Through group activities in visual arts, music and movement, we help your child develop their unique expression of creative imagination.
Social Awareness
As children engage with their classmates, teachers and surroundings through thoughtful daily activities and interactions, they develop social and emotional awareness.
Outdoor Learning
A place where exploration and imagination come alive, offering a nurturing environment where children learn through play and connect with the natural world.
