Well-being

With a commitment to upholding Dr. Maria Montessori’s legacy of educational excellence, our school has been thoughtfully designed in every aspect, with strategic partnerships forged to deliver the very best in early childhood education.

Our Commitment to
Healthy Eating

Through expert nutritional guidance, we carefully select premium ingredients to craft wholesome, balanced meals for our young ones. All meals are freshly prepared at each centre every day and do not include added sugar, salt or pre-prepared sauces. In collaboration with Ian Marber, a globally recognised nutritionist, we’ve curated a menu that meets the standards of Singapore’s Health Promotion Board’s Healthy Meals in Pre-schools Programme (HMPP).

Mindful Routines
for Emotional Wellness

Daily practices such as outdoor play, grace and courtesy lessons, and uninterrupted work cycles help children develop emotional regulation, concentration and a sense of calm. These structured, purposeful routines nurture inner security and promote a positive, focused mindset throughout the day.

Parental Engagement

Parent Support Group

Our Parent Support Group (PSG) is integral to our school community, actively organising social events and encouraging parental involvement both in and out of school.

Through regular communication channels such as parent-teacher meetings and circulars, we prioritise parent engagement and ensure families stay informed. These updates provide valuable insights into each child’s progress and classroom experiences, helping parents extend their child’s learning journey at home in meaningful ways.

Parent Workshops

Empowering Parents with Purposeful Support

Our bespoke parent workshops are thoughtfully curated to support families through every stage of their child’s early development journey. Led by experienced educators and child development specialists, these sessions deliver high-quality, research-backed insights into topics such as positive parenting, respectful communication, and understanding children’s behaviour.

Parents receive actionable strategies — from establishing healthy sleep routines for preschoolers to cultivating enriching home environments that complement their child’s learning at school. More than just informative, these workshops foster a trusted partnership between home and school, creating a community of shared learning where parents can connect, exchange perspectives, and grow alongside their children.

Community Engagement

Rooted in Community

Children learn best by example, which is why we actively give back to the community to instil values that last a lifetime. Whether it’s supporting children’s charities, sponsoring local art projects and events, or engaging in hands-on environmental initiatives, we encourage our children to grow into compassionate, socially responsible individuals.

House on the Hill is a proud supporter of organisations such as OH! Open House and Life Community Services, giving back to causes that make a difference in the community.
